Your setup arrives a few days before your gecko. Get it arranged, send Brianna a photo — she'll check everything looks right.
② Gecko Ships Overnight
We check the weather along your route. Your gecko ships FedEx Priority Overnight in a temperature-controlled box — under 24 hours transit.
③ Unbox & Enjoy
Brianna walks you through pickup by text. Setup takes about 10 minutes. Your gecko is home.

Do I need to buy anything else?
No. The enclosure, food, dishes, and plant are all included. Your gecko is ready to come home the moment it arrives. No extra trip to the pet store.
Is this okay for a first-time reptile owner?
This is literally designed for first-timers. No heat lamps, no UV bulbs, no complicated setup. Room temperature, a little misting, food a few times a week. Brianna walks you through everything before and after your gecko ships.
What if my gecko arrives and something seems off?
Live arrival is guaranteed. If there is ever an issue on delivery day, contact Brianna immediately and it will be made right — full stop.
How long until my gecko actually arrives?
Your enclosure ships within a few days of your order. Your gecko ships afterwards — Brianna coordinates this with you directly so there are no surprises.
Can my kid help take care of it?
Yes — crested geckos are one of the best first pets for kids. Gentle, non-aggressive, and endlessly fascinating. They can help mix the food, do light misting, and watch their gecko explore at night.
